These little Surprise Boxes were fun to make! They go together quickly, it's the concept that takes me FOREVER! LOL
Enjoy! Any questions? Ask away!
I love to scrap, then frame the page. It freezes that particular special moment in time.
There are so many snapshots in our lifetime. Sometimes when we are out as a family, and I do not have my camera, I close my eyes and take a snapshot with my mind. I call upon these "special snapshots" when I miss that particular time in my life. On those lucky days, when I have had my camera, I love to scrap that day, frame it and hang it up on the wall. Every so often, I take it down and replace it with another memory or a new adventure. I find such happiness and peace in placing my memories on paper...

A cuppa....
These cups are fun to make. The tea bags are made from coffee filers and I filled them with poppy seeds! LOL The only think I had it the house that 1.Had weight to it. 2. Dark colored that didn't have a seasoning smell! They worked! There will be a lady there selling home made teas. I thought that between the Honey and the Tea being sold, these might be a cute container! I added vintage lace and I handmade the flower. They were cut using the Cricut- Tags, Bags, Boxes and More 2. The teacup was cut at 8 1/2". That is 1/2" smaller than the max cut. I did this so it would fit into a box that I had made. Will post that soon as well.
Have a GREAT DAY! And remember....MAKE GOOD CHOICES!
Explosion Boxes? I like to call them "Box FULL of HAPPY!"
I made these Happy Boxes for the upcoming show! They were fun to make. However, they take a while to assemble all the goodies inside. Still, they came out cute and HAPPY!
GOOD MORNING!!!
I have been VERY busy getting ready for the upcoming Spring Event at out local Bee Farm/Garden! Their name is "From the Garden." www.FromTheGarden.com. They are lovely, kind people that I have had the pleasure to know for quite some time. I hope to add my photos today of what I have been working on as well as a few videos! (With the help of my teenage daughter, of course! LOL)
Spring is only days away and I know many here in the East have been looking forward to its arrival. I do LOVE the snow (can't say that too loudly around some folks around here though...shhhhhh tee he he) With Spring will come many changes around my home. We will also be awaiting the arrival of 3 MORE new babies to the family! VERY exciting!
My nephews girlfriend is opening an ETSY Store very soon. Her products are just wonderful! Her designs are super and fresh! Stop by her blog and check her out!

I was lucky enough to asked to participate. I will be posting pictures this week of what I have been working on. I have tried to incorporate a BEE in most of the items I have created, I have made cards, gift bags for the honey, explosion boxes, tea cups and I am now starting to work on altered frames. I hope to get a few videos posted on YouTube as well. Wish me luck!!! Hope your weekend was a great one!!!

Where have I been? One thing I have been doing is WORKING TOO MUCH!
I have been praying asking God to help me find a way to share the gifts he gave me. I found it. I am slowly trying to get a small business running. All handmade items. A lot of mine and many from sisters, nieces and other talented ladies. I never feel my work is ever good enough to sell. However, everyone assures me it is. SOOOOOOOOoooooooooo, HERE GOES NOTHING! Videos to post, items to make for upcoming shows and parties.
WISH ME LUCK! Actually, I need your prayers. I am already lucky enough...
